Zimne ziemniaki (najlepiej ugotowane dzień wcześniej) przecisnąć przez praskę dodać mąkę , sól i delikatnie zarabiać ciasto. Formujemy wałek i wycinamy nożem kształtne kopytka. Smażymy na średnim ogniu na  smalcu z każdej strony.
